About Eko Guitars
Eko Guitars began making guitars in 1959 in Italy and gained popularity in the rock’n’roll era of the 60s. Eko electric guitars were recognisable for their “rocker” switches which made them highly sought after. Following the success of the electrics, Eko began making acoustic guitars which fast became favourites among country and folk rock bands of the late 60s. The Eko is know for their reliability, Italian style and sensible prices. The price quality ratio of these guitars is what made Eko so popular and continues to keep them popular today, especially the classical CS series of beginner guitars.
